As the National Sales Manager, you'll lead a talented medical sales team selling Infection Control and Clean Room medical devices into hospitals across UK for this well-established company.
- As the National Sales Manager, you'll define and oversee the implementation of the sales, marketing and new product development strategy, with 10 direct reports.
- As the National Sales Manager, you'll train, develop and motivate a team of medical sales reps selling a specialist range of medical devices targeted at (but not exclusively for) the aseptic hospital pharmacy and ward settings: syringes, needle-free devices and sharps bins, venting devices / cannula, clinical waste and cold chain solutions, as well as infection control / disinfection sprays, wipes and spill-kits, PPE including latex and latex free gloves, gowns, face masks, and filters / filtration devices.
- Office based around 60% of the time (Bedforshire), you will spend the remaining time coaching and developing your sales team, distributors, partner companies, and supporting relations with key accounts.

REQUIREMENTS- Proven success as a National Sales Manager or Regional Sales Manager - managing a team selling medical devices into hospitals and bringing new products to market. A good understanding of healthcare marketing principles is key.
- Ideally experienced in medical sales of infection control, cleanroom or aseptic pharmacy disposables into secondary care, however any medical devices will be considered.
- Experience in managing distributors and third party partners is preferred.
- Self-motivated, determined and with clear and confident communication skills, and someone who enjoys coaching and developing others to reach their potential.
PACKAGE- Salary guide: £50-60,000 plus 10-15% bonus, car and benefits: pension, private healthcare, life assurance, child care vouchers, 25 + 8 days holiday, and more.
