As the international Marketing Manager, you'll market digital health / clinical IT solutions for hospitals across the UKI & Nordics for this global medical technology leader.
- As Marketing Manager, you'll develop, define, communicate, and execute the growth and marketing strategy across the UKI & Nordic region for an advanced software solutions portfolio spanning Anaesthesia, Operating Theatres and Critical Care:
- The clinical IT solution enhances care consistency, drives operational efficiencies along the clinical workflow, improves financial productivity, and positively impacts patient and family experience.
- In this large, matrixed organisation, with international teams, you'll report to the CMO and collaborate with global Product Managers and equipment Marketing Managers to deliver optimal value. Based in the UK, working from home with up to 40% travel (post-covid).

REQUIREMENTS- A proven Marketing Manager or Product Manager with experience in product marketing clinical software - ideally in Critical Care, Operating Theatres, Anaesthesia, EMR, EPR or PAS - having owned / shaped / led growth vision and marketing strategy for digital health product(s) across an international region.
- A seasoned Marketing Manager with direct and / or indirect leadership in a cross-functional / matrixed organisation, with the confidence and ability to influence at all levels.
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Business Administration, or a healthcare related field preferred. Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communications skills.
PACKAGE- Salary guide: £70-85,000 (negotiable) plus bonus, car allowance and excellent benefits.
