As an Application Specialist for this growing global Surgical Navigation company you’ll support clinicians in operating theatres across the South West UK.- Due to team expansion and internal promotions this Application Specialist role is now available:
- Primarily, you’ll demonstrate Surgical Navigation and Surgical Robotics systems and provide a high standard of clinical support to your Surgeon, ODP and Theatre Nurse customers in operating theatres. Secondarily, you’ll be fully trained to provide technical support including the setup, configuration / calibration, basic servicing and software upgrades.
- Visiting various customer sites in an average week, you’ll work closely with medical sales colleagues and build loyal relationships with customers. Covering several key accounts across the South West, you will ideally be located in or close to Bristol, Bath, Swindon, Taunton, Cardiff, Gloucester, Worcester, Coventry, Birmingham, Oxford, or Plymouth / Exeter (all being sensible locations with good transport links).

REQUIREMENTS- This role needs someone comfortable providing - once trained - clinical and technical support, therefore previous experience as an Application Specialist, Clinical Specialist, ODP, Clinical Technologist or Clinical Engineer, Technical Support or Field Service Engineer are all great. You’ll ideally with hands-on experience in Surgical or Medical Imaging equipment, and be comfortable with IT / software.
- Professional, self-motivated, detail orientated, well presented, articulate, confident, skilled in priority management and willing to travel daily across the region.
PACKAGE- Salary of £30-40,000 (negotiable), plus bonus, company car or cash allowance, food allowance, pension, 25 days holiday, plus more.
