As a Medical Sales Specialist you'll sell Service Contracts and associated Consumables for Theatre, ICU and Cardiology depts across South West England and South Wales.
 

• Develop relationships with Theatre, ICU and Cardiology clinical, technical and financial teams to understand their needs in relation to Service Contracts and Consumable medical devices for Patient Monitoring, Anaesthesia, Ventilators, Cardiology and Neonatal equipment. You'll present product solutions that meet their needs and negotiate medical sales contracts.
• Create compelling value propositions to illustrate how service contracts ensure vital medical equipment is always running effectively so patients are diagnosed and treated without delay, to benefit both patients and clinicians.
• To cover the South West & South Wales region, you'll ideally live in or close to Bristol, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Bath, Swindon, Taunton, Cardiff, Newport or similar.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven, consistent medical sales success when selling medical devices, medical equipment or service contracts into the NHS. Solutions sales experience including strategic selling, negotiation and closing in a complex medical sales environment with multiple / senior healthcare stakeholders. Capable when analysing customer data and producing financially sounds sales offers.
• Great business acumen and the focus, determination and drive to achieve medical sales targets. Clear, confident and influential communication skills.

PACKAGE

• Salary guide: £35-45,000 plus £20,000 on target earnings, company car, excellent pension, holiday allowance and benefits.
