- Description
As the medical Sales Manager for this established, innovative radiotherapy company, you'll drive medical sales of advanced cancer treatment solutions across the UK&I; radiation oncology medical equipment and software. This is a rare opening with a very impressive company.
- As the commercial and strategic lead for UK&I, you'll create and execute a business plan with clearly defined goals to drive uptake of cutting-edge radiotherapy and radiosurgery equipment and software solutions, including treatment planning systems, via new and existing accounts and high-profile partners.
- Following a consultative approach, you'll create compelling value propositions which energise customers at all levels to appreciate the significant gains in workflow, clinical and financial performance the radiation oncology solutions provide.
- Managing one report; a talented Application Specialist who provides pre-sales demonstrations, post-sales customer training and shares market intelligence with you.

REQUIREMENTS- You must have proven, consistent medical sales success - ideally within radiotherapy however medical sales experience in medical imaging, surgical or other complex medical equipment will be considered.
- Strong business acumen to define the UK&I strategy and structure highly complex sales. Articulate, highly-driven, go-getter with real determination to achieve outstanding results. Ideally degree educated in physics, engineering, biomedical science, business or IT.
- Happy to travel across the UK&I including London, Crawley, Bristol, Birmingham, Leicester, Derby, Nottingham, Cambridge, Norwich, Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool, Stoke, etc.
- Radiotherapy Application Specialists looking to break into medical sales will be considered.
PACKAGE- Salary guide of £50-70,000 (neg) depending on experience, with uncapped commission and generous benefits package.
