Description
As a Service Contracts Administrator, you’ll ensure the timely and accurate contract, invoice and billing administration for medical devices / technology service contracts. 

  • This administrative focused role ensures the efficient and accurate generation, amendment, processing, and review - of contracts, accounts, invoicing, and billing information. In addition, investigating and resolving contract or billing issues. The service contracts (warranties) are for the repair and service of medical equipment used in hospitals.
  • Learn and follow established procedures while working as part of a successful team and delivering first class customer service. 
  • Full time, permanent position, working standard office hours from home 2 days per week with a minimum 3 days in the Amersham office.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven experience in documenting, planning and implementing complex administrative tasks e.g. accurately generating, amending, reviewing or processing contract data / information, and sharing this with colleagues and customers. 
  • Clear, confident, and positive communication skills, and fluent in written and spoken English. Ideally degree educated but not essential. 
  • Ideal locations (a sensible distance from the office) are North London, West London, Reading, Maidenhead, Slough, Oxford, Milton Keynes, Luton, Bedford, High Wycombe, St Albans, Watford, although other nearby locations may be considered!

PACKAGE
  • Salary guide: £25-35,000 plus great benefits.
